Our production is quality in series

We produce an extensive range of high-quality natural casing products for national and international markets – all types and calibres, whether salted, ready to fill or tubed, whether natural casings from sheep, or beef, in small or large quantities.

Preparation

We start by carefully preparing the natural casings, ensuring they are in prime condition for the subsequent stages of processing. This foundational step is crucial to maintaining the integrity and quality of our final products.

Calibre and Quality Control:

Using advanced calibration techniques, our skilled team sorts the water-filled natural casings by calibre and quality. This rigorous quality control process guarantees that only the best casings move forward in the production line.

Packing

Once the natural casings have been meticulously processed, they are carefully packed, ready for further processing. Our packing process is designed to preserve the quality of the casings, ensuring they reach our customers in optimal condition.

Conservation

To ensure longevity and maintain freshness, the packed natural casings undergo a thorough salting and packing process. This step is vital for preserving the casings during storage and transport.

Storage

Finally, the salted and packed natural casings are stored in our state-of-the-art chilled storage warehouse. Here, they are kept under controlled conditions until they are ready to be shipped to our customers around the world.
